i count a total of 13 (2 arms moving at once) one arm mimics the other makes life easy for humans the must operate in sync. (which they don't appear to be)

These robots do smaller jobs more effectively and don't have to get paid, so they are more resourceful. These robots only need to perform small tasks so it would be useless to build them with extra unnecessary features and program them with a bunch of different programming. Colin
