  1. 1.Developing Robotic Weapons. Because it is a cool staff to do, and it will be amazing that create some weapons that only can see in the movie.

  2. I like Cyborgization robot, because they put strength of robotic systems and the control and superior cognitive abilities of humans all together. that's cool.

  3. i would prefer to work on robot soldiers because that is the field where they need more advancements. there has been a lot of studies toward fully autonomous robot soldiers but none have ever seen combat. Colin

  6. I think it would be interesting to work with the robotic dog project because I think it would be fun to try to make a large robot that ran quickly on four legs and could carry heavy loads. It would be an interesting challenge.

  7. Developing Robotic Weapons. Such as the Robot soldiers, it will be very cool to be the future soldiers, well, these always shows in the movie, but it might be the truth in the future.

  9. id probably want to work on the atonomus military. Why not, id be happy to build an army of robots (to take over the world.) LOL no jk. Id really want to work on that though because it sounds safer and has the potiential to be just as effective or more effective than boots on the ground.

    info from article:
As for the development of robot soldiers, despite decades of intensive research and continuous breakthroughs in robotics, the progress in creating autonomous military robots has been surprisingly slow. Several projects funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) have resulted in humanoid robot prototypes, but they lack the portable power source and intelligence that would allow them to act beyond very limited non-combat roles.

The most promising advancements have been the Navy’s X-47 drone, which recently mastered the art of landing on aircraft carriers, and humanoid robot prototypes such as DARPA’s rescue robot Atlas.

--- Atlas, a 6’2”, 330-pound robot that shares basic features with and moves like a human being, is designed to go places humans cannot, such as nuclear reactors and intense wildfires.

  10. I would want to do the Robotic solders, because it would help us more in wars so many people wont get killed in the line of duty.

  11. I would want to work more with the enhancing human's natural abilities, as it would make a lot more money selling it to the general public.

  12. I would like to work on the cyborgization of human soldiers because this concept offers quick reaction times, precision, and strength of robotic systems and the control and superior cognitive ability of humans. A technique called transcranial direct current stimulation has been shown to enhance the concentration and alertness of human test subjects. EEGs embedded in helmets could one day enable soldiers to control weapons through the power of thought. The ultimate goal is to develop "super soldiers." Their bodies and performance could potentially be enhanced through nanosensors.
